Encapsulation refers to a technique used to enclose active ingredients in a relatively stable shell known as a capsule, allowing them to, for example, be taken orally.

Two piece hard gelatin or vegetarian capsules are the preferred and most common solid dosage form in the nutraceutical industry. Since their inception, capsules have been viewed by consumers as the most efficient method of taking dietary supplements/nutraceuticals.

We have both fully-automatic and semi-automatic capsule fillers, enabling us to run both large and small productions. Our capsule filling machine allows us to produce capsule sizes #2,  #1, “0” and “00”.
